Don't know if any of you "Tracerites" noticed but the eZuz deal was mentioned today in the Wall Street Journal (Section C, page 16), and in Canada's National Post (Section D, page 2). I believe the articles originated from a Bloomberg story.

Not bad eh! <g>

etc.

"Tracer/eZuz will have about 14 million shares outstanding. Based upon a current price of US$1.50, which would become US$6 after the consolidation"

Would you mind showing how you arrived at 14m x $6 ? I'm sure you factored in the 13%. Also, (if you're in the mood) could you also calc the total Tracer Int'l shares x $?. Basically if I owned 10,000 shares today, what do you figure for the combined value of the two entities after consolidation.

Sorry, I have a tough time with metric math.
