By the way, who the hell are those guys?
I've been reading articles by Jim Seymour for a long time. He is a technical (not financial) writer and professional consultant. He has a broad range of technical knowledge. Right or wrong I sincerely believe that he has only honest motivations in what he writes.

I've written to him to try to shift his view and he replied back with an intelligent argument. I would like to sharpen my argument and try again, but I could use some help.

Why doesnt everyone reread the article and look for what you consider logical flaws. That way my arguments will be better.

Heres one I think:
I've thought and said for a long time that Excite@Home -- a content-only player that must piggyback atop someone else's wires -- is one of those stocks sitting there waiting for bad things to happen

A content only player? I dont think so. @home was in the business well before Excite. Does he consider what @home does as a broadband ISP only content? Does this make sense to anyone?

@home has technical skills learned through experience that is very tough to reproduce. Not impossible, but tough. They are not merely content fluff.
