Bullish Divergence. GTSG, TERN, Could be a significant indicator of trend change Only 2 of the stocks on the watch list for today (called out early): GTST and TERN both showed bullish divergence when I read their charts last night. Not only were they up but they retained their gains in a late down market. 1> TERN - TERAYON COMMUNICATION SYS .TES Price= 38.5 VL/30= 162.5 %Rnge= 97.0 Sto9V= 54.9 W14dV= 51.2 %Hi4 = 96.8 1-Dy = 111.1 50MA = 88.7 10MA = 109.8 Bullish Divergence. The Relative strength indicator reached a new 14 day but TERN is not at a 14 day high. Broke through its 20 day moving average, on high volume. Also had a double top point & figure breakout. All this pointing to a probable change of trend. 8> GTSG - GLOBAL TELESYSTEMS GROUP INC .TLD Price= 31.3 VL/30= 112.6 %Rnge= 65.0 Sto9V= 33.4 W14dV= 45.1 %Hi4 = 92.0 1-Dy = 107.9 50MA = 87.3 10MA = 101.4 Very interesting chart pattern. Even through the downward trend Stochastics triggered a buy signal today volume indicators are solid. and Relative Strength just reached a new 14 day high which is a Bullish Divergence since GTSG has not reached a 14 day high. So indicators are pointing to a possible continuation of new uptrend. GTSG is also sitting on resistance should hold above 31 and 1/2 to be considered a breakout.
