I think that TRP is under valued at $22, I also believe you will see a raise in the .28 div. before to long to get the stock going.

Those guys are out to lunch. I love this stocks potential and was almost disappointed at the rise as I hope to accumulate more over the next few months. The last quarterly results indicate a real turn around at TRP. Plus a 5% yield.
