Regarding IIJI ... this is from Renaissance report

Internet Initiative Japan
IIJI
Our IPO of the week already made its debut a few weeks ago. And so far, leading Japanese Internet company Internet Initiative Japan, has been a strong performer. But given the onset of the IPO market's annual vacation period, there are very few IPOs to choose from in the upcoming weeks. In addition, the company should continue to be a strong performer for a number of reasons. Above all, it is one of the first pure plays targeting the Internet market in Japan. Already, the company has built an impressive client base of 53,000 individuals and 5,500 businesses. With low penetration in Japan, future growth prospects are very strong. Second, the company is building a broadband network in Asia that, when completed, will represent a very valuable asset. Finally, the Japanese economy in general and Japanese stocks in particular are finally beginning to show some life after years of recession. So while competition is heating up in the market and the Japanese economy is still fairly sluggish, it is a top company in an important area.
