GB, I do not doubt that there are a lot of papers on the process, the fact of the matter is that I have very little faith in Haber's ability to get this off the ground, simply put, history is the best teacher on this. I will be the first to admit, I have not done any DD on OREX, and as I said in my first post, as soon as I saw the name Haber associated with this company, it did not pass the filter and no additional effort (for my own) was required. I realize it is somewhat "bigotted" but, I am asked to look at so many situations that I have to rapidly determine which I will look into more details and which not. Good luck to all. By the way, heavy activity of the shorts is often a very good sign that they are right. I see on this thread many veterans of the IPMCF battles, and they will witness that the shorts (the brothers Fiero?) always knew much better than the rest of us what was going on. IPMCF ended in CH 11. Zeev
