Was doing some half-hearted DD, when I came across this quote from the 6/99 issue of something called Beyond Computing Magazine... at beyondcomputingmag.com "By 2004, every Internet connected device will incorporate encryption in some manner to maintain privacy and ensure the integrity of interactions and e-commerce transactions," predicts Abner Germanow, senior research analyst of International Data Corporation, a research firm based in Framingham, Mass.
