NOK may only interested in the Palm parts and LU/INTC may get or share others. Intel is developing its networking chips. That's what make me to consider Intel as one of the possible acquirers. ERICY may also have more interests in taking over 3Com than LU based on its product gaps. Spinning off its "old" business and focusing on WIRELESS networking may not be a bad idea. I like 3Com's "GO WIRELESS" strategy very much.
