Anime is not very big and it originated in Japan. It's hard to get in America and it's not as popular as Pokemon. Pokemon is going to be in your face every day till after Christmas. If you can't get Pokemon for your kids aged 2 to 16 you're going to be in big trouble! Most of the really big retailers will be carrying the Pokemon products but they'll sell out fast.

Lola:)

edit: Anime is similar to pokemon . . . as my son described it . . . it's like watching cartoons . . . no two cartoons are the same . . . some are better than others. He says Pokemon is better for kids. Anime is for more mature kids and adults.
