It looks like the beta phones are finally going to be released. This will not be a free-for all try it out trial. Air-Touch will stipulate the Beta-Testers call locations, gathering user feedback from a variety of call locations and conditions. They are intent on a well informed customer on capabilities and limitations of the systems. It is a very stringent trial and involves some commitment from the Beta -Tester. Current focus groups at 200+ phones.
