HSR? I don't really think there will be major antitrust issues with either LU or INTC buying COMS. Technology markets work pretty well to fend off these issues. As ethernet moves towards a standard component on the motherboard, this issue goes away anyway. INTC either gets a big slice of the pie now or some day when Ethernet is on the motherboard. CSCO would have to complain about a possible LU/COMS remote access gear. Its just not in their makeup to do that. They have enough self confidence that they would not worry about the combination. They seem be doing pretty well against both right now anyway. Tim
