I think if I had roubles over there I'd convert them to dollars over here as quick as I could. Wouldn't you? Lots of people are bound to get rich helping people do this. As far as the leaders taking the people's money and stashing it else where --- not surprising at all. When the communists were in power this was a little more controlled but went on just the same ... I'm not surprised in the least that there would be big banks over here making lots of dough helping whoever wants to get their cash out illegaly. What's criminal is our government sending them anything in the first place ...
