Tommy:
The next thing to happen will be the Energy and Utilities Board's decision on the application for a well licence. The Board posts these decisions on their web site. They also post the well licences issued on a daily basis. If I recall correctly their web site is www.eub.gov.ab.ca/. The site is worth looking at for anyone investing in Alberta based Oil & Gas plays.

Tommy,
Everyone seems to be hinging on the fact that we want to
drill another well. that's all well and good, but they are
already sitting on an existing well, ready to go, waiting for a pipeline and another controlled by a major, being held up because of a dispute. These two "birds in the hand"
could contribute what BEA needs more than anything, INCOME.
BEA has been in the exploritory mode for 30 years and it's time for some results.......Tom
