Rick, I am not especially impressed with the IBM retirement fund showing up, because it is few shares and the retirement fund managers probably have nothing to do with the biometrics folk. However, do we have anything on prior "Lord Abbett" holdings? If my memory serves, they weren't at 1M shares before. That's a lot. Adding their three percent to the ten percent on the private placement, plus the others, gives a more respectable institutional percentage. And the insider holdings also cut down on the float.
