What version are you using? The version I'm using works great. I have another quote service and my Interquote quotes are generally more accurate and generally about 10-15 seconds earlier. (So much for "real time", eh?) Every service I've used has its problems. The main reason is because there are only about 3 main providers of data. All resellers are at their mercy, and frankly they don't care. I would suggest using the version 3.0 as soon as you can. One of the things that I requested (and is now in the latest version) is alert trigger based on chart data. For example, if I put up an intraday chart I can have it alert me when my 5MA touches my 20MA-- have the alert sent via email to my cell phone, where I can call in an order. Pretty cool eh? Matt
