Yes TA=Transfer Agetn... Since I came in July 29 th there was 23OS and 18M in cert form. but only 1.6 had cleared the Transfer Agent. The dates on the historical is as accurate as I can be ... I still do not see the decline because the numbers did not change till just last week. Also the volume is unbelieveable as compared to the DTC and the streetname not to mentuion one other source and that is the monthly volume of Market Makers on the OTCBB site. This one just does not add up. Plus the day I bought in on 7-29-99 the stock gapped up from .344 to .688 on 5000 shares then MM codes hit it and took it back to the .40 level. That is the alert I got ... :-) GB
