It takes time & money to form bars or ingots into the small rounds. Now, It was stated clearly to me(by sources inside our government) that, by law, all gold going into our US Gold Eagles must come from US sources. What I don't know is if that means US based companies with operations outside the US, gold mined inside the US, bullion banks based inside the US, or exactly what their double speak may mean in "real world english". I would not put nothing past our nation's current leaders!
