The date for the Baseline is the end of July. I've noticed at times that Baseline numbers seems to be different than other published list.

Something that has changed from Baseline is:

Jun 99 Percent Held by Institutions was 8.7 or 8.8 I believe. Before Jul the amount held pretty steady. Anyway, I'm sure there was an increase.

Jul 99 Percent Held by Institutions 9.0
