Bob, all your conclusion are right except the last paragraph. stocks trade unrelated to bonds interest rates earning etc. They trade on speculation.

Yes a hot air balloon goes higher an helium filled balloon goes even higher but a hydrogen filled balloon is prone to fire and is quite dangerous. This market is above all of that.

As long as speculation will persist, and people will have jobs and care less that they have $0 in saving the market may go higher, but as all musical chairs it will stop. For a while now consumer spend more than they earn, they eat up their refi funds and market gains.
