Remember I have not read the fine print... but that appears correct. Wow, they could use the coin too!< Let's hope so. Earlier in the year, they sold over 2M shares to raise only about $6M. 7M warrants, exercised at $6.02 would raise over $40M! Of course, with the warrants and stock options, the share count rises to 25M and market cap to almost $250M.
