Gary, the main problem, as I see it, is that revenue expectations for the next couple of quarters, are (if anything), anticipated to surprise to the downside ... for the group. Also, I'm not so sure that NITE will so easily escape being grouped with the discount brokers.... in which case the P/E is still no bargain.

I've lost track of the days due to other committments ... but yesterday was a relatively good day for institutional buying, albeit it looked only slightly better than the institutional selling. The day prior was pretty awful, continued institutional selling into strength. Too bad Mr. Morgan isn't around to provide his insight ... In any event, I expect NITE to close net down the next two trading days.... and will be watching it closely (assuming the nannys not off sick again .. ).

Good luck !

Stephen

EGRP and AMTD downgrades today likely to weigh on NITE. <eom>

Gary: I think your analysis about the points from yesterday is right on. The move yesterday did a few things.#1, it drew a lot of attention to NITE and what it does and the differences between NITE and the OLB's. #2, it broke out on HUGE volume, only one other day in the stocks history I think that had such volume. That breakout will scare a lot of shorts as well as attract a lot of technical traders. Today's pullback is normal, and looks good considering the hit the OLB's and financials in general are taking. As I said yesterday, I took some short term profits yesterday in the morning, but bought some of them back into this mornings weakness.
Wonder if Morgan will be back soon!!!
