The company also announced that on August 20, 1999 it completed the initial public offering of its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market under the trading symbol AGIL. The initial public offering price for the 3,450,000 shares offered by the company, including the over-allotment option exercised by the underwriters, was $21.00 per share. Net proceeds to the company, before offering expenses, were $67.4 million or $19.53 per share. Simultaneous with the closing of the initial public offering the company sold an aggregate of 665,641 shares of common stock at $19.53 per share in a private placement to Dell Computer Corporation (Nasdaq: DELL),</n> Flextronics International Ltd. (Nasdaq: FLEX), and Marshall Industries (NYSE: MI).
