OK by whom ...I do not know ... As far as shorting I know about as much about that as I do Puts & Calls. I do not even have a margin account. Jeffery read that daily historical and explain it to me ... I posted it so someone with more savvy that I could see and point out where the dump is or an insider selling. That brought this down from $4.00 to .10 where they finally got certs into the market. Look at yesterday 3.*M sold an it moves to .14 ... two days prior it was trading 6M .. Good Grief look at the volumes of the day and the DTC numbers. I cannot prove by the historical where a dump occured ... I can show the fall ... I can show the downward trend. I can show where the street name increased to 10M in the last week which would account for the increase of volume at these levels. BUt I cannot show where or why the fall came. At one time those figures show about a 5M short position. Is it covered I dunno but those numbers do not lie. I have watched HRZG boxing the stock for the 6 weeks since I have been in it. I am learning about "sideline" buying. Another tactic used by MMs to keep a stock liquid. Just have to wait and see... Say the whole 10M in street name has been dumped in the last few days ... I might believe the volumes we are seeing. However, it is trading dang near the 100% street name just this week alone. I am sorry something does not add up here. Nor has it since the fall from $4.00 and all I hear is the "stock value" as the reason. I know stock that wil never make a dime but are trading in the $20.00 range. A stock value is what the shareholders than accumulate it and hold shows. :-) GB

Jeffery ... I want to thank you and the other nays sayers because if not for each and everyone of you this stock would have been put under such a microscope. POG on RB attacked the original deal from Lucky Seven to Oreax and twisted everything ... But it has been proven it was done correctly and the acceptance of the NASD to clear the stock on MArch 3 through it clearing houe is the verification. Then comes the HGP which has been proven in a lab and not field tested. So this is what this company is about to exclusively test Haber's technology. They are so deliberate Haber corrected the news release that was sent out where the syntax of exclusively was misused. Was it accident or typo I dunno but it was corrected immediately by Mr. Haber. Also he has a signe strategic ALliance or Joint venture with Orex at the moment. PLus Haber is extremely satisfied with Orex not to mention he and Don Blackburn make a heck of a team. I have discovered the bigot opinion of the haber process which I believe is the underlying scenario for the methodical fall. If it is then someone was banking on it bellying up or wanting to stop the stock being used as a financial vessel or if it is used make the dilution massive. We even found out the Licensed and non licensed professional bashers may have an underlying scenario becuase of non payment of stock to write a tout and the company reject the stock scam for the renewal of certain claims that are not Orex's. Heck the contract and everything has been posted. Heck WV has been bought up and it still hasn't closed. The claims, permits and all have been discovered and even the surveys and reports on SMCC have been found and posted. Through we have not seen the Energy fuel or FMC reports they are mention in the third party report of Gene from New Mexico. Too many conveient scenarios are hitting this stock... Too structure and grasping at straws to bash it. Too many bashers have predicted the exact fall. Oh well I hope the bashers stay ... they provide a service for the long term holders to verifying and correct any possible twist ... ALso the bashers will correct any twist they feel is wrong. Problem is the bashers have not posted facts only opinions, speculation, innuendo and insinuation. But that is what the market is about. verification. :-) GB
