>Buying and holding is best.

Tell that to Tokyo investors in 1989.

BTW- Jim Cramer admitted on thestreet.com that he purposefully posts when he buys a stock, because he knows people follow his trades. He also said that he intentionally does NOT post when he sells a stock, because he knows people follow his trades.

"Do as I say, not as I do."

Of course, this is what every brokerage pimp does, so it shouldn't surprise anyone. I was just surprised to see him admit it.

I mean, how could an analyst ever sell a stock that they still had a "strong buy" rating on, without admitting that they are manipulating hypocrites? Oh wait, I forgot, that's what they are. It's the american way!

Buying and holding is best

Not for Amzn. DB(Deutscher Bank) bot 22M Amzn shares before 10/30/98 and sold all the 22M Amzn shares by 6/31/99.

That's how Janus took over.

Yeah right! Like Onsl? My experience of shorting Amzn down from 200 to 100 twice has been more $rewarding than buying at 200 and still holding.
Ps
William are you going to be a good boy this weekend?;-)
