I've noticed a bug in Velocity that wasn't there in the Beta version. From time to time the total at the bottom of the position column isn't correct, and isn't equal to the sum of the column. It happens sometimes after an order is executed. If you exit Velocity and come back in the totals are correct. I haven't reported this to Schwab yet.

I'm just a little surprised that with their experience in software development in StreetSmart and Equalizer, they should have by now figured out some obvious things.

Software by nature evolves and gets refined. SCH probably had a choice: add and test the functionality you pointed out, or get something out the door.

Given that most of their competitors offer similar features, they probably opted for the latter.
