SEC MAY REQUIRE NAKED SHORTS TO DRESS! Implication for GRIN

Clearly, this stock is suffering from a revolving SHORT sell cycle. A practice once left to only the professional Market Maker apparently can now be done by simple online investors.

SHORT = selling shares you don't own, suppose to borrow an equivalent number of shares to make sure you don't exceed the outstanding number.

NAKED SHORT = you sell what you don't own and don't do the borrow thing..so you effectively increase the float without limit, relying on a continuous stream of short followers to lower the price, while you slowly cover your positions.

This is a pyramid scheme, that at some point gets halted, and when it does, POW! millions of buy's will chase 100's of thousands of real shares.

I THINK THE SEC WILL EVENTUAL HAVE TO DO ITS JOB, which could see a forced cover, or forced cover for unaccounted shares!

I can't wait for that...accumulating at these levels.

I love you Shorts, dissing this company's management...LOL!!!

1. A little hysteria ought to drive the price back down about 50 %.

2. Of course, anyone who does any sort of DD (just glance thru some of the old postings) will discover things like Sales Backorders in 1Q & 2Q99 that were bigger than all of 1998 Sales...mostly for 3Q and 4Q. There's a nice assortment of tidbits that will show a lot of upside coming GRIN's way notwithstanding the public's fascination with Pokemon.

3. I figured GRIN was a $7-10 stock without Pokemon factored in. After Aug's runup, management has picked up some bucks to continue their acquisition strategy. Look at the Annual Report.

4. GRIN is a trader's dream. Can't wait to load the truck once the Market gets done finding a new price.

Good Luck to all the Shorts and Longs.
