Gary: The questions you are posing are confidential because they deal with the internal business practices of the company for the turn around. No company I know of, large or small, would provide the kind of specific and detailed information KG4 seems to think he is entitled to--and certainly not in a forum like SI. Mr. Lu's management style is not to KG4's liking and he is entitled to the opinion. It has been expressed in his "no confidence vote" of selling. I would think in light of that opinion and action he would drop DMEC from his "concerns" and go on to other things. Confidence in management is fundamental to whether one sticks with DMEC or any other company. In fact management style and ability is what distinguishes any company from another. But if you do not have confidence in that ability and style you should not be involved anymore. This is really a matter of opinion based upon many factors, the most important of which may be the personality makeup of an individual shareholder. And really the "issues" KG4 has been expressing are his opinions about what he sees as the ultra secretiveness of Mr. Lu. Others, including myself, do not see it that way. Wes
