How long.....?

No knowing, at this stage. LG planned that it would be in and out of court one year ago.

Smartest move for Dangremond would be to have Zenith fund an Equity Committee. This would close the door to future appeals, provided the Equity Committee does not come up with a good counter case.

If Rothschilds is successful in turning up a buyer for Zenith, the buyer may be allowed to submit a competing restructuring plan in bankruptcy court.

I don't think that CalPERS is going to let this case wither. It's too important a precedent for all US corporations and shareholders to allow a calculating, deceitful predator to successfully prey on US corporations.
