Phil: Re; "Any reason for the weakness?" Maybe 3 things involved. One is the analyst report a while back that cited "transitional costs" in moving some operations overseas. Their take was that there was no rush to buy KLIC due to the pressures these costs would put on earnings. Second could be the LEHM selling, and third is AMAT's so-called weakening backlog which might have people thinking that the most profitable part of the cycle may be over. Time will tell. Russ
