You are not the average user. The average user thinks email is just as secure as any other computer function. You are obviously in the tech field are at least well versed in it. Talk to the average person and see if they take any unusual security measures when using email. Even MSFT goofs up by sending sensitive info via email, ask their lawyers:-) Our security system is quite secure and is fairly easy to explaing through the right marketing person.
