Gary, I fully understand your predicament. Knowing you, I know you are not one that wants to sit back and take all this heat without responding. If it were up to you, I know you would vehemently defend the company and tell shareholders what they want to know. As I said earlier, you are just a pawn and are at James' mercy. I also remember many months back when the first delays started happening with the T-1 you told me via telephone that you wanted to resign because of how much James limited you.......I put alot of faith in James, as you are doing. At this point, all we can do is wait and see...we cannot force James to do a thing. He will run his business any way he see's fit....regardless of what I or anybody else thinks...and that is his perrogative. Anyway...good luck and we'll see what happens down the road. KG
