The spin off is complete. You won't lose those shares if you sell VLVT. I sold my CSMA shared last year and still hold the spin-off shares. They need audited financials to begin trading publicly.

Bob M.... Sorry, I have been somewhat negligent on this board/stock, due to its inactivity........So, I am sorry that I have not gotten back to you....But it seems to me that KZAP has done a good job in letting you know what I know....So, just to repeat things.....Ad-Hatters is a totally separate entity to date.....Whatever happens with this co. has no bearing on either CSMA, VLVT or Enviro-tech.....BUTTTTT, as you already know, the shares are still restricted after almost 10-11 months.....What will happen in the future is anyone's guess..But to anyone who still has these sitting out there, I wish you good thoughts and good luck, and hope there is some kind of glimmer out there in the future for us...Hey, what else can I say...If I could choose again, to do things differently, I would have made some better choices....But I guess that is a painful learning process we all go thru.....
