Round Two..... The Judge, today, ordered the Trustee for the Zenith bankruptcy case to establish an Equity Committee. The Equity Committee is to be funded by Zenith. Any shareholder who owns a substantial amount of shares of Zenith and wants to actively serve on the committee, feel free to send me an email at bobutne@aol.com and include your qualifications/background and the number of Zenith shares owned/controlled. I will pass your request along to the present ad hoc committee. Round two winner is you and me. Round three coming up....
