This acquisition was timed perfectly right after the PP action ended! Hopefully MSGI will start getting the coverage it needs to support a higher valuation. Steve

Roy, thank's for the post about the proposed acquisition of Cambridge Intelligence Agency. E-mail response solutions is the answer to a great deal of tech support questions, inquiries, etc. It's also the answer to my own frustrations with using the net. If I've seen a vacuous hole in the internet, it's the ability to request an informative and useful response to user queries. Particularly in the middle market and smaller companies who have recently established a web presence. The demand for this type of automation is, IMO, a critical ingredient in B2B and B2C commerce.
