mike, why such a negative view on qcom? i know the stock is out of this world, however, they do own the wireless technology of the future - cdma. they will be making royalties on all cdma base stations and every cell phone sold for quite some time and their chips also make a high profit margin. chips that mot spent years trying to get to work - don't know whether they have done it yet.

i see them doing ok until the next tech replaces it, but i don't see that yet. wcdma seems to be the next step and the q is probably going to tie that to cdma and get royalties there, too.

so, i agree they are way overvalued, but i do see them earning money. how does your view differ than this view?
