Months...if not a year. But usually, when an agency steps in then it is really in severe danger.

Most of them though, were banks, like FP, UC, recently ARM, etc...

Yesterday Moody's cut KVCO to CCC from B, further downgrade possible.

KVCO.O, "trading" at $5 (there is a stock transfer & conversion announcement with wingate, which owns 28%, but...maybe worth a look).
