PJ, as I mentioned before the SFP earnings of .44 (est) are less that .54 for 4Q and probably the low number of the year. A good increase over estimate of .50 or more is probably needed to start a buying run. I think the key will be when the street sees the next quarter estimate, probably more like 1.20 or so. The possibly or renewed secondary on the up price is also a short term negative although it would be used for more acquistions. I love this for the long term, but it has a number of bumps and grinds remaining. Bruce
