On "Wit Capital - the way of the future" board, one of the posts lists the week of Oct 4 as Navisite's IPO.

Scott, the S-1 filing for NAVI (at freedgar.com) has some info for the program under the section "Underwriting" (near the bottom).

It seems identical to the ENGA statements for those with "over 100 shares". There has been some debate over what that exactly means as those with 100 shares still got ENGA.

I think that they will have the NAVI DSP announcement soon, if they don't delay the offering date.
