OSX up fractionally while XOI is off on fundamental concerns. How long will that divergence last? Other than FLC, GLBL, and a few others I think OSX issues are a bit vulnerable here. my 2cents.

TY, Gottfried. The chart is a telling story imho. This short interest in RRC didn't just happen overnight due to the JV agreement. It was once quite a bit higher and then declined. The recent short interest seems to be from those who profited previously and are looking to short again since it bounced from 2 to 7. With an average volume of 200,000 it's going to take a long time for these shorts to be cleared out.

Watch out using BIGCHARTS.COM! I have found their data to be so inaccurate that I stopped using them last year. They might be better now, but I wouldn't trust their numbers.
