sure it has the most recent bug fixes?

SOLUTION: Having the most recent version of Office 97 is very
important. Look on the label of the Office 97 CD you installed. If
you see SR-2 printed on it, then you have the final release. If you
see SR-1, however, or nothing at all, then you have an older
version with some bugs. Fortunately, you can get the final Office
