RSLC - latest rumor mill

RSL Communications (RSLC) provides discounted
international and domestic long-distance service, prepaid
calling cards, and private-line services in Australia, Europe,
Latin America, and the US. Europe and the US are its two
largest markets. In the US, the company sells primarily to
other carriers. In Europe, it offers discounts to traditionally
underserved small and midsized businesses with substantial
international phone traffic. RSL, which bought Delta Three to
offer Internet telephony and Web-based communications,
now connects customers using traditional phone hardware
through an Internet backbone to existing telephone
infrastructure. Many believe that internet telephony is one of
the hottest sectors within the telecommunications industry.
Net2Phone (NTOP), another provider of internet telephony
services, has seen tremendous gains over the last week.
This momentum is spilling over into the rest of the sector.
Currently, we are hearing rumors that the company will
announce positive news regarding ongoing operations.
Recent positive price and volume momentum add weight to
the rumor. Analysts rate the firm with 3 "strong buys" and 4
"moderate buys". Experts estimate the company's 5 year
sales growth rate at 270.49 percent. Over the past 52 weeks,
shares have traded in the following range: $12 1/8 to $42.
The stock last traded at $20 1/16, up 2 1/16 on the day.
Should you decide to invest, use a stop-loss of $18.
