I make no personal comments toward you I request that you do the same. By the way did you know that revenues do not matter anymore when it comes to fcm. Take a look at this, is this a warning shot across the bow. Revenues Do Not matter Again For fcm. What ?? Did I hear right ???? Is Valuespec absolutely right when he questions if there will be another private placement ? Now this is "NOT" what the bulls here were saying just a few weeks and months ago, WAS IT ??? NOW REVENUES DON'T MATTER AND QUARTER TO QUARTER REVENUE WILL FLUCTUATE. IS THAT WHAT THE CHAIRMAN MEANT IN HIS JAN 1997 WHEN HE SAID THAT FCM IS BURSTING AT THE SEAMS WITH ORDERS AND PROSPERITY ????? Not a complicated question, Surely you can answer these items that I have noted with some logical thought instead of attempting to show the world how you foolish you are by calling people names.

You know bretts I find it ironic that you would be "Laughing Out Loud At Anyone", I mean fcm is at $ 1.312 at this moment, Don't you think that statement should be the other way around Oh bretts I almost forgot, some poster has some concerns he is attempting to ask Investor Relations about, but he has not been able to get through to them, maybe you would like to address these questions with some rational and logical thought. Has USAT expanded there product line through FCM/FNET since announcements in JAN- APRIL? a. which products, how many? b.Is usat continuing relationships of new product orders, how many, which products, estimated delivery? 10. Please post the exact date and issue of FORTUNE MAG., when Ron Weaver?s article is released? 11. I do not see Ron Weaver listed as keynote speaker at the TELECOM 99 or INTERNET WORLD 99. Please elaborate on Ron?s and FCM?s presence at each expo? 12. Was FCM invited to CT LABS VOIP testing of quality in June of 99 issue of Telephony Magazine? Yes or no please elaborate? 13. Why are the officers messages not updated sooner, like once per month for shareholder accountability? 14. Why does Ron Weaver not have a message present on website, when? 15. Who is the current INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER? 16. Why is there no direct live communications link to investors relations, when? a. Why does it currently take two calls upon insisting on speaking to an officer to get through to representatives of FCM for shareholder inquires and sometimes absolutely no contact other than a message machine upon which my calls are not returned? 17. Why doesn?t your investor relations use your own MSG1 find me follow me to speak with shareholder /future investors questions and concerns live?
