My theory is that insiders ( usually first owners) sell
from time to time to lower the stock price in order to
attract executives with lower strike prices. Otherwise who would want to join an Amazon, Ebay , Dell ... at near historical abnormal high prices. Notice that when stock prices go down dramatically these companies hire like crazy. Dell was hiring in China in the past 6 months and was granting options left and right same time Mr. Dell and others were selling to lower the stock price. Mr. Dell and others still have more than ever a very high number of shares. GOOD for them!! Stock appreciation will occur after they hire these new very productive executive. Amazon granted Galli options at 113. So this is good news because Galli knows it is realistic and he can built on it . We will benefit from this (naive shareholders).

I posted on this a while back. I thought Joe only got 1.5 million. Wow. I was so small-thinking!

Joe's options were awarded somewhere around 130-135 range.

When will Joe's options be repriced lower? Any guesses, William?

amascam lives on.
