Yesterday, Tracer had its hearing in front of a NASDAQ panel, regarding its listing. I would not be surprised that the weakness in TCXXF over the past couple of days is directly related to the uncertainty over the outcome of the hearing.

Stock markets hate uncertainty - but maybe this is a good buying opportunity? Hopefully, we will hear something from NASDAQ soon.

The closing bid has brought those 10,000 shares down to $11,250 from its hype of $27,000 just two days ago.

These guys wanted another reverse-split and they shamelessly got it. When it is implemented, the price will be even easier to manipulate.
Anyone still believe that the shareholders have prevailed?

Well Dave, at the current bid of 0.875, the value of the 10,000 share investment that was hyped up to $27,000 right before the deal was announced is now down to $8,750.
