Booked my flight to Lexington for Keeneland visit on Oct 15, 16 & 17 with LSU game Saturday night. I have a soft spot for Keeneland in the fall meet and decided to forego the Breeders' Cup as work and wife preclude doing both. If I was Chuck Clough I'd have retired the week before Saratoga! Saratoga then football season followed by Keeneland and the Breeders' Cup--that's the way to begin retirement.

Wayne - I just took a peek at the Travers. Looks like one of the Triple Crown races redux. Should be a good one. Wish I could take it in. I've been away from the wars for awhile but am making it to Vegas this Sunday where we'll take up the yoke again with good doses of Saratoga and Del Mar. There's nothing like going back fresh and ready to attack. Good luck. R
