No, I own both IDTC and IDTI. If I said IDTC, sorry! Carl Berg is on the board of IDTI. Mainly, he is a land developer who brought MSW public, a company who owns a lot of Silicon Valley Rentals. They will also turn a huge property in San Diego into a resort. It is now a mobile home park in the Mission Bay area right on the water.
