If you look at this chart, then you see:

MACD slight negative territory, RSI NOT oversold yet(!), and the confirmation of a sell signal is the closing (possible) under the 13 weeks mov average (blue line) + the soon to be following downwards intersection of the 13wma by the 10dma (red line).

Same situation existed at 03-15-99 (red line crossing downwards, macd neg, and not oversold), though, the spike followed on the 1st of April (a joke?) but the stock trended down steadily.

A buy (cover) signal was the upward crossing of the blue line at the 1th and 8th of July.

All purely charting and nothing is warranted in a highly manip'd stock.
