I would not say that there is any incongruence in the figures there. I would however say that cybersurf is WAY UNDERVALUED! My reason for this is simple; Websurfers in the UK and other European countries spend far fewer hours on the net. They also spend far less. Therefore, the value per user of a European is also much less. Canadians fit the same spending and surfing patterns as the US. That gives them a higher valuation. Now, I realize that Alberta isn't exactly the hub of commerce, but it still beats the UK when speaking of the value per user. As for Toronto, I think that Toronto will actually be a better market than most US cities. TO compares to the most advanced US cities and therefore the value per user is also higher. Any comments?
