The company has entered into a formal software licence and services agreement with Bid.Com International Inc. The formal
agreement provides a framework for implementing the alliance between the company and Bid.Com which was announced in the
company's news in Stockwatch June 25, 1999.
Pursuant to the agreement, Bid.Com has granted to the company a licence to use Bid.Com's patented reverse auction software
and to provide services for the implementation and operation of a reverse auction Web site on the Internet dedicated to selling
travel leisure products provided by the company through its Solarnet software system. The company will procure travel products
from its travel consolidated customers and other suppliers for sale via auction on Bid.Com's Web site. Bid.com will administer the
site and conduct the auctions. Revenues will be shared by the company and Bid.com.
The agreement is subject to the approval of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and other regulatory authorities having jurisdiction.

Here is an interesting scenario. If Bid.com owns 51% of point 2 , they will have to consolidate their sales into BIDS. If I'm not mistaken, the heavy equipment resale is a $4 billion market and point2 is a major player. Could make for a rapid sales growth curve, don't you think? And imagine when several other BtoB's come into the BIDS fold.
