As I said before, you are a fine example of why India is in such a rotten state. And gets more and more rotten with every passing year...

Damn. A Paki spy. Send him to Kargil. They need him there.

That is usually the initial reaction of any normal person. I am reading Dalai Lama's Books. Will come to that later.

I would not wish Kargil even to my enemy. At those heights, the ears, the nose, the toes and fingers fall off from the frost damage.
Ratan: U R a good guy. This is not directed at you.
The book I am reading now is The Art of happiness by Howard C. Cutler on His Holiness Dalai Lama. The doctor (Howard Cutler) is a practicing psychiatrist.
To paraphrase some of the sayings: Anger and hatred produce neurotransmitters that affect the brain very adversely, lays down new wirings and new pathways in the brain, recruits new brain cells, & creates new connections . This newly laid wirings based on anger and hatred will perpetuate until anger and hatred are given up. It is like learning to play piano. With increasing practice the part of the brain that controls the hand-eye coordination becomes very well developed. With increasing anger and hatred and hard wired now by the same negative emotions, the mind becomes agitated at any slight provocation and functions on one track - one track mind. The mind is not able to change gears and change tracks according to sensory input. The reaction is one and the same - Anger and hatred.
